Account Management

The ProTrans Supply Chain Management team is responsible for the progression of our customers’ accounts.  The team coordinates all implementations and manages the activities of all day-to-day operational activities.  We are an extension of your Supply Chain Management organization and promote the collaboration of information between all parties including your suppliers, your carriers, your plant personnel and internal ProTrans resources.  By utilizing standard processes that are influenced by customer specific needs the ProTrans Account Management team has a finger on the pulse of your entire operation.

Business Intelligence

Utilizing leading business analytics tools, ProTrans constantly monitors customer specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure we exceed your needs. Before implementing a new account, we sit down with each customer to establish expectations and measurements to ensure our performance measures are defined and understood. In addition to customer-specific criteria, we are constantly monitoring ourselves in areas regarding on-time performance, claims recovery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting is where ProTrans excels, because of our ability to capture data as an operator within your network. We can provide numerous reports in addition to our standard KPI's, including:

Supplier Compliance

ProTrans has developed a supplier compliance initiative where we work with suppliers and our customers to identify common issues.  By assigning on-the-ground support to address the issues, we continually improve information flow to progress the supply chain.  Different improvement areas include:
