This year is an important milestone for ProTrans International – 2018 marks our 25th year as a leader in the logistics industry. Over the past 25 years, ProTrans has stayed a steady presence in the industry and has found its niche in the 3PL and Consolidation market. Receptionist, Office Administrator What is one interesting fact about ProTrans when you started?
Our corporate office was in an old bank building in Plainfield, IN in which we occupied 2 floors. I believe we had approximately 45 employees at that location. What was the “hip” trend when you started working at ProTrans?
My Space blogging and Bluetooth I believe. What was the last thing you heard or saw which made you laugh out loud?
Watching America’s Funniest Home Videos! What hobbies do you enjoy?
Listening to Christian music, collecting and watching movies. Cats or dogs? Or other pets?
I am definitely a dog person! I have a miniature Dachshund named Gracie. What excites you so much that it keeps you awake the night before?
Thanksgiving; knowing that all of my family will be coming to my house for dinner! What is the one thing you have waited in line the longest for?
High School Marching Band Competition at Lucas Oil Stadium to watch 2 of my grandchildren compete. Since starting with ProTrans, what is the biggest change you have seen/experienced with the company?
I would have to say growth: the number of employees and Center location expansion. What way has the industry changed since you started with ProTrans?
Technology, using hand held printer / scanners. What is the 1 thing in this world you are most proud of?
I am most proud of being a mom and grandmother. I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. What are you passionate about?
Definitely family! If you could take a paid year off, what would you do with the time?
Maybe travel a little bit but mainly spend more time with all of my family. What’s the most incredible view you’ve ever seen?
Watching the sun set and rise over the ocean. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?
Probably a Lowes credit card; I would remodel, repair and improve my home. If you could splurge on one must have item, what would it be?
Actually….. Just a new queen size mattress. What was the best concert you ever attended?
ZZ Top What is your favorite sport? Team? And Sport’s moment in history?
Football of course! I am a Colt’s fan because I live in Indiana but my favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys! When they won back to back Super Bowl in 1993 and 1994. What has compelled you to stay with ProTrans for as long as you have?
I love the people here and the location is close to my home. I am very content being a part of the ProTrans family!
