I had my first interview at the Laredo center when it had probably 5 to 10 employees- wow – now it is our biggest center and very proud of it

What way has the industry changed since you started with ProTrans?
before Customers expectations were to receive the product on time and damage free at a low cost- now , Customers expect the service provider to provide additional services as to how to improve their network, how do we become more efficient and how can we bring better value than other providers.

What has compelled you to stay with ProTrans for as long as you have?
I love my company and, like with everything there will be times of challenge, but I made the decision to make of ProTrans my career, I am loyal for good and for bad. I love my management team; I feel they do listen to feedback from their fellow employees. I have also never taken my job for granted and that has kept me challenged and eager to continue to do my best.
